Touch a Truck

Yep, that is what we did today, touched trucks. We went to an event called Touch a Truck in Huntersville, NC. It was a fundraiser for Addi's Cure.

Here is Declan in a grader. He enjoyed looking at all of the trucks but some we had to move away from quickly. Kids like to honk the horns and that scared him! As well, some of the drivers would start the trucks up and he thought for sure they were going to run us over.

I know, not a truck but he thought it was cool to drive the boat.

I finally persuaded him to have his picture taken at least sitting near the ambulance. Whenever we see Rich with his ambulance, he won't go near it. Loves to talk about it and pretend but don't make him sit in it, have the lights or sirens on.
